1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProfileLab website and the AI-based profile presentation analysis service (the "Service"). By uploading content or purchasing a report you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Notice. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides automated, AI-generated feedback on how a dating profile is presented, including lighting, framing, photo variety, photo order and bio clarity. The Service does not rate physical attractiveness, does not identify individuals and does not guarantee any number of matches, dates, relationships or any other outcome. Results are general guidance only and do not constitute professional, psychological or relationship advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. User Content and Warranties
You represent and warrant that: (a) all photos you upload depict you only, or that you have obtained all necessary consents from any other identifiable person; (b) you own or have the right to use the content; (c) the content does not contain nudity, sexual content, violence, minors, hate speech or any unlawful material; and (d) the content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or personality rights of any third party. You grant ProfileLab a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely to provide the Service and for the retention periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not: upload photos of another person without their consent; use the Service to assess, profile or harass third parties; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service; circumvent payment or discount mechanisms; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or terminate access where we reasonably suspect a breach.
6. Pricing and Payment
The free preview is provided at no charge. The full report is offered for a single one-time payment at the price displayed before checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or credits. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your card details. Promotional prices and countdown offers are valid only for the period displayed.
7. Discount Codes
Discount codes are personal, single-use, non-transferable and have no cash value. A discount code must be entered before starting a new analysis and may only be applied to that analysis. Codes obtained through abuse or in breach of these Terms may be cancelled.
8. Delivery
The full report and story image are delivered to the email address you provide, normally within minutes of successful payment. You are responsible for providing a correct email address. Reports are not stored on our systems and cannot be re-sent once your photos have been deleted.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
The report is digital content generated and delivered immediately upon your request. Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation and comparable consumer laws, by requesting immediate delivery you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins. If the report is not delivered due to a technical fault on our side, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service, including software, design, text, trademarks and report templates, belong to ProfileLab or its licensors. Subject to payment, you receive a personal, non-commercial right to use your report and to share your story image on social media.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfileLab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfileLab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of opportunity or emotional distress arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ProfileLab against claims by third parties arising from content you upload in breach of these Terms.
14. Changes and Termination
We may amend these Terms at any time; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without liability, except for refunds owed for undelivered purchases.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
